Breakfast was excellent (crispy bacon!). Parking garage was excellent - easy entry/exit and spaces for larger SUVs like ours. Best parking we encountered on our 2-week trip. Warm duvet (pillows were very basic).
Great location.
Very dim bathroom light. Only hotel offering espresso drinks for a fee - free every other place we've stayed.

Very quiet and comfortable. One of the staff members we interacted with when we first arrived to ask about parking was grumpy and shouldn't be allowed to talk to guests.
Parking is the weirdest thing I have ever seen. Do some research if you drive a small car. The explanation for using the lifts is lacking.

Everything was great! The location was the main attraction, but the breakfast was excellent and the staff were great. I should have asked for a second pillow, but other than that, it was perfect.
The pillows were too flat. Not a major issue.

Great clean property, a minutes walk to the Nuremberg castle and Christmas markets. Lovely Christmas decorations. Kind, helpful staff at reception, breakfast room and housekeeping. They gave us a better room for the price as it was available. All as advertised on booking. We loved it and would definitely stay again.

I arrived in the early morning following a riverboat cruise. It was many hours until check-in and the hotel was full that previous night. I was very tired so I just sort of crashed on one of the comfy leather sofas in the lobby. Within 30 minutes, the desk staff came to me and they had a room that was freshly cleaned and moved me in there. This was tremendously appreciated and staff went out of their way to help me.
