Location was perfect and really close to the castle and the Albrecht Dürer museum. The room was spacious and really comfortable. Enjoyed the breakfast!
The parking arrangement was unfamiliar and new to me. It’s a stacked elevated parking structure which is a brilliant use of the space but being unfamiliar with it, I didn’t park correctly which displeased the staff. I was called down to correct it, but it was clear that I upset some people.

Location and staff were exceptional. The hotel has a parking area under the building that was very convenient and secure. The room was comfortable and quiet with a nice view. Although we were there in the fall, the weather was quite warm and there is no AC. We slept with the windows open which was pleasant. Breakfast was good. The table comes with a carafe of coffee. My husband was disappointed that they wanted to charge for a cappuccino, hence the loss of one point. We will definitely go back again.

The location was perfect, very central and within easy walking distance to everything. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection including different sausages, eggs, and cold cuts. The on-site parking garage was also convenient, with enough space to maneuver without difficulty.

Great location, parking close by, nice staff, tasty breakfast, elevator.
If you travel in summer be aware there is no AC and the rooms are hot.

The location is great and the staff are really nice and helpful. It has a small gym. The room was fairly large with a view of Nuremberg walls and a tower. Close to the castle and everything. The breakfast was really good. It was just easy.
In summer the rooms are a bit stuffy. Even though there is a window there's not much airflow. But the hotel did provide fans.

The bathroom is really small and outdated, it could use some renovation. The breakfast could also be a bit better.

Ideal location in Nürnberg - with a parking option in garage or in yard (for a bigger car). Loverly staff and very nice breakfast buffet. The family room was nice and spacious - kids loved the bathtub :)

Excellent hotel - quiet, peaceful, clean, tidy and with all the necessary amenities. Excellent breakfast. Very beautiful garden to relax in and enjoy the flowers. Excellent location - next to the castle and within walking distance of the historic center.
I missed espresso at breakfast. Installing an espresso machine is the only thing that can take a traveler's stay from great to incredible.
