ample breakfast of high quality (nearly English), quiet and large room with excellent beds, comfortable and functional bathroom, located near the Kaiserburg with many restaurants and pubs nearby

Everything was good.
Dirty windows. When you watch to the old wall of the city, dusty window is not good. I believe that hotel will wash the windows and everything will be perfect.

The location is great! The breakfast was outstanding and the servers were wonderful! Nice to have parking nearby (be sure not to bring a very tall vehicle, it may not fit in the garage) The room was plenty big!
There is no air conditioning in the rooms. They do supply a fan.
