location in the old town
Expensive for what you get. Breakfast very mediocre. Bedrooms tired. Had expected so much more. Basically it is not much better than a good budget hotel, which you would have paid half the price.

Breakfast was excellent (crispy bacon!). Parking garage was excellent - easy entry/exit and spaces for larger SUVs like ours. Best parking we encountered on our 2-week trip. Warm duvet (pillows were very basic).

Very dim bathroom light. Only hotel offering espresso drinks for a fee - free every other place we've stayed.

Ideally situated near the Christmas Market. The staff were friendly and helpful. I arrived late due to flight delays. The chap on reception was welcoming and couldn't do enough to help me!

Parking is the weirdest thing I have ever seen. Do some research if you drive a small car. The explanation for using the lifts is lacking.

A beautiful hotel in a perfect location to explore the Christmas markets. The room was enormous and spacious, which was perfect to unwind in. The location is beautiful, and an easy walk to the markets and nearby sites.

The hotel as a whole was apparently very well run, the room itself was spotless and everything worked perfectly. It shouldn’t be the case you need to say that, but often we overlook a sticky tap, a plug that doesn’t hold water. This hotel had everything covered.
The continental breakfast included in the price also means a stay here is excellent value.
Nothing. Some might not appreciate the “traditional” decor, but when it is clean and obviously regularly maintained it makes a pleasant change and in fact fits in with the local environment.
