Very close to the Imperial Castle and old town. Staff were amazing and very helpful. Breakfast buffet extensive and very tasty. On our arrival we were given a town map and suggestions of good restaurants. Engin, I believe his name was, made us feel very welcome...and the free freshly made cookies were a pleasant treat and so good! Our room was a good size and the beds very comfortable....all very clean with everything we needed. Would definitely return.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. Our booking included breakfast and it was a generous spread with ample choices for all tastes. .
In terms of location, this hotel is a short 5 minute walk outside of the old city walls. So it's room cost is good value for is location. For those with mobility issues, this is still a good base but using taxis makes it easier.
The hotel has on site parking (although it is limited, so contact them when you make your booking if you need a car parking space reserved)
The only improvement it would suggest is that the shower was small and difficult to enter/ use without getting water on the bathroom floor.
Space in the room was limited, requiring suitcases to be closed and put away to allow moving about.

If you are very thin in your sleep, on some rooms on the roadside tram sounds can be heard inside.

Located right next to the old town. Just 3min to the city wall. Tram nearby too. Comfortable and clean room

The place is well located and clean and comfortable
One of my sons’ room is under my name. On the day of check out, I checked out 10 mins before him. When he walked out of the room and realised he may have left something behind and tried to return, the room was locked because I had already checked out. Front desk refused to help because said they could not do anything because the account is closed. Ever wonder how the chamber maids enter the room to clean it up before the next guest?
