Excellent location, staff, breakfast. The restaurant associated with the hotel offers reasonably priced traditional German food. Best red cabbage I have ever tasted accompanied the venison.

Excellent restaurant in the hotel. But the bad is a disaster. When you sit on it you sink below the level of the frame. Also needs a new shower head.

It's location. Near metro station and walking distance to the train station as well as all the historic sites in the city center. The restaurant offers local specialties and wines. I had the best dinner of my stay in Nuremberg in their restaurant.

Rooms are very basic, spartan. There is no bar, and almost almost no guests at the restaurant for the four nights we stayed.

Excellent location- friendly staff - I would definitely recommend and stay again. Wonderful breakfast included every day! Lift to get up to floor was excellent.

Great location, friendly staff, and secure bike storage. Also great to see low-plastic rooms - glass water bottles, no plastic liners on the bins, and refillable pump bottles for soap and shower gel.
One of the windows in my room didn't work properly, and there weren't many vegan-friendly options for breakfast.

Absolutely fantastic place! Fabulous location, all staff were super friendly, cosy and clean room and great breakfast with lots of fresh food to choose from. Would 100% stay there again next time - loved it ?

the breakfast staff — especially the waiter who was very kind and helpful. I also appreciated that my room was located on the 4th floor and found it spacious and comfortable. The bed linens were clean, and the bathroom was also nicely maintained, which I truly appreciated.
The area under the bed was full of dust and dirt, which clearly hadn’t been cleaned.
Around 11 PM, I stepped outside the hotel to smoke and found myself locked out. The automatic door was not working, and although I pressed the bell several times, no one was at the reception. I had to wait quite a while outside, which was frustrating. I strongly suggest installing a card-access system at the entrance to prevent such situations.
The Wi-Fi connection was very weak and not effective at all. I was unable to use it properly during my stay, which was quite disappointing.

Excellent value. I had a single room that was much better than those I have gotten at other hotels. 2 bottles of water, one still and one carbonated, were provided, which was a nice touch. A fantastic breakfast was served. Overall, a great deal. I will return.

Excellent position in the walled city & only 12 min journey on metro from airport & main station
Food excellent at breakfast & very high quality in main restaurant
Reception Staff very helpful & everyone friendly
One morning out of 4 we were woken up at 7am by a loud van, then a dust cart
No English tea (but hard to find in the whole of Nuremberg, so bring your own)

Fantastic location in the Altstadt, lovely staff and great breakfast. Check in staff was paricularly good, they gave me a complete run-down of what to see in the cirty and marked up a map for me. I will recommend this one to anyone visiting Nuremberg!
