Location, location, location! Close to everything you might need during your stay, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, and many tourist sites.
There is no kettle or fridge in the room.

It was right on the main square. Great location and easy walk to most sites. The hotel has a very convent parking garage that makes parking stress free. If the garage is full, there is another parking garage within a 2 minute walk. The hotel staff were excellent and the room was perfect for our stay. 10/10 for this hotel.

The location is perfect. Staff are wonderful. Excellent breakfast and bar.
Quarters are tight, slightlyless than a stateroom. We didn't spend too much time in the room, though. We were there for the Kindlmarkt.

Many things. First was location. We’re traveling around Europe to visit the Christmas markets and heard from many people that the ones in Nuremberg were some of the best.
Our hotel was located literally a few steps from the large market and allowed us to come and go throughout the day to explore and enjoy our day.
Second, the staff couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. Each person we spoke with went out of their way to help us.
We will highly recommend the hotel to anyone who wants to visit their beautiful town.

The location was perfect.
The pillows were terrible. The hair dryer was mounted to the wall in such a way it was difficult to use. The wall mounted mirror was placed so low, I couldn't use it. The room was so small, there was hardly any room to move and a place our suitcases. There was no one to help with the luggage.
