Fantastic location on the square..We walked to and from the train station, in around 15 minutes. A really well presented and maintained hotel. Very comfortable room and a good bathroom. The hotel was very quiet, air con good, great bed, but only small pillows. We didn't have the breakfast, but cafes right outside were excellent. There is also a good supermarket outside. We walked out to the Court room, lovely walk along the river, about 30 minutes and you are obviously right in the middle of old town. We also walked over to the new town, 10 minutes or so, to eat a couple of nights, for Korean and Vietnamese food, as a change from sausage! Only drawback was no fridge in the room, which in over 30 degree heat was an issue, but not if you're going for the Christmas markets.

Despite being on the square was very quiet from outside noise. The room was clean and spacious. Location was excellent.
The lack of tea and coffee facilities in the room was very frustrating. You could get tea and coffee from downstairs but only at specific times so did not make up for this. We also had instances of the cleaning staff being very noisy in the hallways. Sometimes as early as 8:30am shouting across the hall.
