The hotel just near at the train station that I loved the most just 3 or 5 minutes to walked. All the staff really friendly… my room really clean and hope one day I will stay again…

Perfect location between operahouse and central station. Nice spa area.
In the morning room service came into the room without knocking 3 times (8:00, 11:00, 11:30). Every time we informed we leave @ noon, still bothered us whithout a knock. Rude, not cool

Arrived at this business-travellers paradise after more than twenty five hours non-stop journey from Key West, Florida. Dead tired, incapable of doing anything. Had two outstanding German beers at the excellent hotel bar, followed by ten hours of sleep in a large, quiet and immensely comfortable room. No. 302, by the way. Left in the morning, completely rejuvenated and ready to face just about anything, Czech motorways included. A perfect ten.

Decent design concept
HVAC system was terrible, the drainage from shower was terrible and flooded the bathroom when used , no safety procedures in place of windows opened, mattress were very very hard, refrigerator was lacking in cooling system, the tv was not functional for guests that are not German and couldn’t change language or close captioning, breakfast was $25 a person.

The hotel was perfectly located to explore the beautiful city of Nuremberg! The facilities were fabulous and the staff, especially at the breakfast room, anticipated
our every need to ensure our satisfaction!
Can’t imagine anything we would change! We would definitely stay at the Carlton next time we come to Nurenberg! Highly recommend this property!

The size of the twin beds, the large room, cleanliness and helpful staff. The breakfast room staff were exceptional, quickly got to know us and our preferences. Greeted us as individuals, made our stay most enjoyable. Reception and concierge just as good.

Friendly efficient check-in. Room was large, quiet and clean. Good selection of food at breakfast. Good location, walkable to the centre of the old town, and nearby u-bahn stations. Convenient for central train station with good connection to the airport.
On 2 of our 3 mornings, breakfast service was good, but on Sunday morning the restaurant was crowded, the overflow area in the bar was not set up or waited on, and staff appeared overwhelmed.
