The cooperation of the staff was good.
Free storage room for your bags at any time.
Nice swimming pool.
Nice cozy bar.
The room was very basic and it needed some accessories, like slippers and free water bottles which would've cost the property very little money but would've made a big difference.
The breakfast room had very basic food and short of anything remarkable. Also, the tables were not immediately cleared and cleaned after previous users.
The beds need new mattresses. You could feel the springs when sleeping on them.

The Hotel ist super close to the HBF and the bus station ist right in front of the Hotel.
The Personal at the front desk were unfriendly and one of them screem at my on the phone. I got a problem with my reservation and the man on the front desk was not willing to help and was super rude.
The is no watter coffee or snacks in the room.
The pool ist small. They say they are 4 Stars but does not worth it.

Hotel has dated decor. The room was comfortable for a single person business trip. They cleaned the room daily. The mattress was comfortable, but the pillows were lacking ( for me at least). The hotel is next the main railway station which can be convenient for some. If you walk through the station you have easy access to the old town ( circa 10 min walk). Overall good.

The room access was very bad. I was in Room no 101, with no lift access. multiple up downs on stairs, like a maze. Took a long time every time to reach the room. Vey disappointing

Receptionist gave me very complicated instructions to find my room. Told me to go to 4th Floor on Lift, then take a long walk and take another lift to 5th floor.
In reality, my room was just above stairwell when you get out of 4th floor lift (just up one flight and I was there)

Very good location. right next to the central station, metro line U1 and U2 -just a few stops to Nürbermesse. Near the old town.
The room is clean, there are all amenities. The staff is polite and helpful. Good and tasty breakfast. There is a swimming pool.
Confusing corridors. Like a maze.
