My name is István Bardach, and my colleague was a guest at your hotel [insert stay dates, e.g., from February 20 to 22, 2026]. I would like to formally complain about an unacceptable incident at the reception desk that negatively impacted my stay.
I had previously submitted a request 2 times for my invoice via Booking.com. When I followed up in person at the reception, the staff were neither helpful nor kind. Instead, they became angry and reacted rudely toward me. I find this behavior completely unacceptable in a quality hotel in 2026.
As a guest, I expect professional and courteous service, especially for a simple request like this.
I kindly ask you to investigate this matter and propose a suitable resolution, such as providing the official invoice and a gesture of goodwill.

Staff were very helpful, particularly a nice French man at reception. Convenient for the station.
When I emptied the bath it flooded the entire bathroom I had to put the plug back in to stop it flooding out the drain in the floor. Also it was very warm in the room and no way to cool it down aside from opening window which was very loud. No kettle in the room for tea considering the price and the hair dryer shuts off after a minute.
