Disappointing
Staff were very helpful, particularly a nice French man at reception. Convenient for the station.
When I emptied the bath it flooded the entire bathroom I had to put the plug back in to stop it flooding out the drain in the floor. Also it was very warm in the room and no way to cool it down aside from opening window which was very loud. No kettle in the room for tea considering the price and the hair dryer shuts off after a minute.

The cooperation of the staff was good.
Free storage room for your bags at any time.
Nice swimming pool.
Nice cozy bar.
The room was very basic and it needed some accessories, like slippers and free water bottles which would've cost the property very little money but would've made a big difference.
The breakfast room had very basic food and short of anything remarkable. Also, the tables were not immediately cleared and cleaned after previous users.
The beds need new mattresses. You could feel the springs when sleeping on them.

The Hotel ist super close to the HBF and the bus station ist right in front of the Hotel.
The Personal at the front desk were unfriendly and one of them screem at my on the phone. I got a problem with my reservation and the man on the front desk was not willing to help and was super rude.
The is no watter coffee or snacks in the room.
The pool ist small. They say they are 4 Stars but does not worth it.

Convenient location near the train station, comfortable bed, cleanliness
Room is not completely sound proof; during the night noisy neighbours can be heard … Breakfast offer could be improved.
