The Rooms were super comfy, breakfast was really excellent and the Location is SuperDuper.
I usually drink Coffee just after getting out of my Bed in the morning before going to toilet. I wish if there could be some Coffee sachets provided in the room otherwise I have to go down to the Breakfast room to take coffee. Apart from that I have not other Complaints and the Hotel stay was excellent.

The hotel is in the city center and right across from the main train station. It’s very walkable to everything of interest. I have stayed here on two different trips and have loved it both times.
The only mishap this time around was that the cleaning person forgot to check the level of soap/body wash/shampoo & conditioner. All were nearly empty and not enough for two people to shower.

Great location for walking into Old Town and Christmas Market. Close to train station and other public transportation. Spacious and nicely appointed rooms. Excellent breakfast.
Although parking was across the road, it was very easy to park temporarily in front of the hotel to unload/load luggage. Nice lobby bar with friendly and knowledgeable bartenders.

The hotel is located across the street from the train station (which contains lots of shops) and right on the edge of the historic district- great for the Christmas markets. The room was clean and nicely furnished. It was quiet- no street noise unless you opened a window. Bathroom was great. There is parking across the street at the station and the hotel has a discounted price. Breakfast was amazing- such a huge selection and quite good. It was probably the best breakfast buffet I’ve had at a large hotel.

This is a lovely hotel with friendly and efficient staff, as well as good decor. The building itself is grand, and the interior design and style of the rooms live up to the grandeur of the building. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed with excellent showers. It is a short walk to the old part of town and very accessible to many restaurants and shopping.
The only real negatives are a bit hard to fix for the hotel. The first issue is the poor lighting in rooms with windows facing the interior courtyard. The natural light is really limited, there is no view, and it makes an otherwise lovely room feel very depressing. Request a room with an outward-facing window.
The other major issue is the state of and chaos in the area around the train station, located across from the hotel. The city needs to work to clean this up. It leaves a very bad first impression when you arrive in town and gives one the sense that the city is a pretty dysfunctional, lawless and grim place which isn't at all the reality when you discover the historical center and some of the neighbourhoods further north of the tracks (in general stay away from the station and areas south of the tracks).

The butlers were absolutely genius, very welcoming, speaking a perfect english, available 24/7. A problem-solving attitude coupled with kindness and concern. The rooms were pristine. A very silent and spacey hotel. Didn't try breakfast, but the lobby always had fresh fruits and free lemonade, so I imagine the buffet was also stuninng. Very good hygiene products. Overall a great stay that corresponds to most needs for an independednt discovery of the surroundings.
parking instructions are not clear. guest must park at a great and convenient parking at the trainstation, but this must be precised on the website and in the instructions for arrival. the receptionist shares a ticket to get out of the parking, but in my case they were all de-magnetized and it was quite an adventure to get the car in and out speaking with signs to a parking lot security absolutely 100% pure german speaker

The room was comfortable and quiet (mine faced the inner alley, plus the window had double-double glass, so one could hear almost no noises from the street). The location was super convenient, just across the street from the Station and close to the city center. The hotel facilities looked super fancy. The staff was professional and friendly. The breakfast was amazing. I also had dinner once in the Bavarian American Bar and found it OK. I loved the Sauna too, I found it very relaxing. Though I had agreed to have the room cleaned every 2 days, upon checking in, I think it was cleaned on most days anyway. I also liked the free water bottle. The wi-fi worked fine and the screen mirroring to the TV was a nice-to-have feature. The air-conditioning worked fine, and it was not noisy.
The wardrobe was not exactly super spacious, but for one person it was more than enough. I was not sure if the Bluetooth speaker on the night table did not work, but I had no use for it anyway. Perhaps the Bavarian American Bar was a bit pricey, but I found it convenient that I could have dinner directly in the Hotel once.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, just opposite the Hauptbahnhof and near the entrance to the Old town. The staff are very professional and pleasant. The double room I received was very quiet with a very comfortable bed. Breakfasts are very tasty and each day there's something new. Wi-Fi is very strong.

Very nice hotel located close to the main train station. Very nice and spacious room, lovely lobby, excellent breakfast. The fitness and sauna is a plus as well.
