The hotel is located across the street from the train station (which contains lots of shops) and right on the edge of the historic district- great for the Christmas markets. The room was clean and nicely furnished. It was quiet- no street noise unless you opened a window. Bathroom was great. There is parking across the street at the station and the hotel has a discounted price. Breakfast was amazing- such a huge selection and quite good. It was probably the best breakfast buffet I’ve had at a large hotel.

Great location, right at the entrance to the old part of town, just a short walk from the train station.
Breakfast could use a wider selection, and the breakfast area itself feels a bit less cozy — more like a hall.

Very comfortable room, really like the idea with Bluetooth speaker. Nice design and very good breakfast. Really liked the stay.
Parking in separate building (railway station - opposite site of the road), staff at the reception had a problem to place two rooms on one invoice. Clarification of payment rules was a bit unclear.

The hotel was a great find. Well located just near the main train station and the old toen. The room was quiet, clean spacious and had everything we could have possibly needed. Made use of the great sauna area as well. Staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended .

Very good breakfast with lot of variety. The reception was very fast both for check-in and check-out. Bed and pillows are very confortable. Near everything in Nuremberg. Really appreciated that the person cleaning the room cleaning person left window open the way I had left.
Room was too hot and ventilation wouldn't make a difference. During the second day the window was left partially open (0 degrees outside) and in the evening it was finally good. Breakfast serving area a bit narrow, fitness missing place for floor exercises. The virtual room key announced in the message sent by the hotel (via arenahotels) is not supported, no gain in installing the app and creating an account. This should be made clear in the message.

The room was comfortable, practical, and clean (9/10). I appreciated the extra touch of the essential oil roll with its relaxing scent. The staff were professional, and daily cleaning was included in the price. The location of the hotel is excellent - close to the main attractions, shops, and restaurants.
A major downside, however, was the food. We tried both breakfast and dinner at the hotel. The breakfast was cold, even for products that should have been warm, it wasn’t very tasty, offered few options, and had limited vegetarian and lactose-free choices. We regretted paying for it. Dinner was similarly disappointing - bland and uninteresting, another regret.
