The hotel is next to the Flixbus station and the train station and the old town. The room was very comfortable with tea/coffee and a fridge. Big tv with English channels. Good breakfast

Breakfast was pretty good. Nice crispy bacon instead of the usual half cooked floppy bacon Europeans are known for.
A/C and in room fridge weren't working. The staff should have told us, when we were checking in, that the A/C wasn't working and given us the opportunity to find other accommodations without monetary penalty. Or at the very least, I should have received an email informing me of the inop A/C before we started our travels.

Very well located just opposite the train station and close to the walkway into the old town and beautiful medieval streets. The staff were very nice and helpful and breakfast was great.
I would have given the hotel 10/10 but the bed and pillows were just so uncomfortable and hard. The staff kindly put another mattress topper on top of the bed but even still the pillows were so uncomfortable I had a sore neck every day and woke up with a headache.

The room was very large with a comfy bed. Location to the old town was very good.
The noise was unbelievable, I battled to sleep. The fridge in the bedroom did not work. We had to ask twice for clean towels.

The reception staff were all excellent. My initial check-in was by the best receptionist I have had on my 1 month European travel.
The breakfast buffet was overcrowded and there were not enough tables and the wait staff were flustered. Tables were not wiped between seatings and silverware and napkins were not supplied to many tables until asked for. The staff was clearly not trained to handle that busy situation.

Not enough staff to help . Room service is inadequate. The soap in our room finished and we had to go to the counter to collect it ourselves.
