Good
The location was very central, making it easy to walk into the city centre. It was also very close to shops and restaurants.
The hotel was very noisy, with a tram stopping just outside late into the evening. It also seemed to be close to a police station, as police cars passed frequently with their sirens on throughout the night.

The location is great and I felt comfortable there
The price was too expensive around "1,660" euros for 3 nights (because of interzoo expo) Also I expected at least to add tissue and water everyday.

We loved the cleanliness of the room and the room service options. Philip was amazing at the bar and deliberated top restaurant service.
The building layout was a bit confusing to understand at first, but we worked it out reasonably quickly.
