The studio was spotless, beautifully designed and offered stunning views. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were kind and attentive, always ready to help.

The location was excellent—close to both bus and train stations, and only about a 15-minute walk from the Hauptbahnhof. The reception and kitchen staff were friendly and always willing to help.
There’s no air conditioning in the room, which may be indicated in the hotel description, but I didn’t notice it when making the booking.

Good and varies breakfast, close to city center, sights, opera, German National Museum, you name it. Convenient in-house parking, well maintained facilities, convenient beds
the parking garage is a little cramped, but OK for a medium-sized car. The style of the room design (trying to be very colourful) is of course a matter of taste, may not be everybody's favourite

Good location, good value for money, good breakfast. Friendly staff.
Bed was not comfortable - maybe a personal thing, but set my bad back off.
Room was very warm, and aircon did not work.
Only one lift was working, so some delays waiting for lift.
Wifi was slow.

The hotel is very centrally located. You may find cheaper options, but when you consider the breakfast and the overall quality of the hotel, it becomes quite reasonable. Additionally, the staff received our packages that arrived in advance, we had prior correspondence with them, and we were always able to reach someone whenever needed and they can speak Englih if you need, recommended..
