Good value for the price, close to old town, underground parking for our car, good traffic connection for going out of town and coming in, decent breakfast spread
TV kept turning off by it self every couple of minutes, heating in the room was mild, only two small pillows, slow check-out due to inexperienced staff member

Wonderful
Easy to nagivate the old town location. Everything was within walking distance. The Christmas Markets were amazing. We were able to also walk to the castle from our location. Parking was available right below the hotel which was very convenient.

The room was smelling bad and got a lot of dust. Not well cleaned. The room felt smaller than stated on the booking, and seemed very old, outdated. The TV was really small and was not facing the bad or any sitting spot. The bathroom was very tiny. With very low situated sink. The Sauna was also very very small, barely two people fit.

Close to old city centre, Main station is around 10 minutes walk. Supper shop Aldi is 2 minutes walk , there are many cafes restaurants nearby,

Good location, in room is clean.
There was only one employee at the evening in the hotel, and we had to constantly wait for him, because he was absent at reception. Calling from your room was pointless; no one answered. There was no basic soap in the room, and we didn’t get it, despite trying to contact reception. Finally we had to wash hands in shower. Parking is limited. We chose this hotel because it had its own parking lot, but ended up having to look for another one that evening.

My mother and I got sick had to cancel our other plans and the hotel help work with us on additional time we need to stay. And check on us
we were told we did not pay for breakfast but I was sure we had. But when got sick we did not feel like eating anyway!

Outstanding location to Christmas Markets. Great value! They had free Gluhwein and cookies in the lobby, gave a charming chocolate snowman in the room. Also free bottled water. The beds were very comfortable which is often rare in Europe.

The location was great and the cleanliness. Staff was friendly too. The possibility of leaving the luggage after check out for free is great.
The pillows are very thin and small and the prices at the vending machines are ridiculously high.

The room is okay, for 2 nights we did not ask for room service.
Parking in the basement costs 20 Euro per night,we stayed for 2 nights ?. Parking spaces are too narrow, even for small car like mine. I got my car damaged ??.
The pillow is too bad, too soft, only one each..No extra pillow available...got neck problem the next day.??
