The place looks very new and modern, the rooms are bright and clean. Its nothing special but also no reason to complain.
The soundproofing could be better but it was not a major issue for me. And the location is okay connected to city (10 min walk to metro), the neighborhood very residential without any charms.

We keep returning to this hotel as it's very convenient, clean and pleasant and staff are always extremely nice and helpful. Complimentary drinks on arrival are always a nice touch. There is free secure parking which is a bonus too.

If you are competing in Challenge Roth, this is not your hotel. Bikes are not allowed in the room. I was not informed, and the answer I got was that I accepted the conditions when I signed in at check-in.

The hotel is simply excellent! I have stayed there numerous times and all the "hard" facts are (room, breakfast, wifi, bathroom, cleanliness) wonderful. What really makes the difference thought is the staff. Always super-friendly, helpful and hospitable. Many 5 star hotels should look at their behavior and customer-focus as a best case example.
