Rooms were a bit basic and heating/cooling didn’t seem to work.

The staffs were friendly. Breakfast had good options.
Room was comfortable. Proper lighting inside the room.
Lobby was neat and colorful. Sauna was a good experience.
The fitness equipments were not properly maintained. While using the fitness equipments some parts are damaged and made a wild noise. Fitness room is a great flop.
The bathing area was clean but the water was spraying outside the shower area during the shower. The glass door was not sufficiently protective.
The bed was making noise every time when I turn around.
For Sauna a bathrobes would be very helpful. Lack of bathrobes.

Completely understaffed when we arrived. Restaurant had more than 1 hour wait, room was not ready for kids.

This isn’t a 4 star hotel by far.
No help with the luggage, mini bar empty , no sleepers or any bath robs, towels were old worn down, the sink was stained the couch was in a bad shape no bathroom accessories except soap shower gel and shampoo . The room phone wasn’t working and the list can go on.
