Great room, good sound isolation, overlooking railway line so no traffic noise.
Air conditioning was efficient but quiet. Friendly staff. Really useful location.
WiFi was a bit flaky; also quite busy in the lobby areas and around the lifts.
Pool was quite small and lots of kids in there so hard to swim. Would have been nice to have bath robes provided in the rooms.

Disappointing
The two people at reception. Jonos and collegue were very welcoming.
The reservations department is really the worst customer service department i have ever encountered in my 30 years traveling. Normally the breakfast is really good but also here massive disappointment. The kids normally love what they offer. But it wasnt busy and that meant very little choice no fresh eggs etc.

Very convenient location near rail station and old town. Room was nice and quiet despite being on busy street. Reasonable price.
AC in the room was a little weak. The room did not cool down at night as much as we would have liked.
