Really like the hotel itself but the reservations department is the worst I have even encountered in my life of traveling. I have stayed here many times and still they dont recognize you as a frequent guest. Dont expect anything from them and book a different hotel. I will put this in the travelers podcast as well. Unbelievable!! Twice in two months. No service! Shouldnt be a hotel but some 1950 steel company.

I travelled with my 16 year and 6 year old kids..The hotel was perfect for both..Location is 5 mins away from the central station and around 7 min away from the city center.

Quiet location near train station. Allow early check-in if you are a member of the hotel group.
House-keeping okay but supply need improvement - found stain and hair (approx 20 cm long) on towel in 2 separate occasions.

Location is great. Pools are perfect entertainment for kids. A nice addition is a children playroom just next to the restaurant.

Everything was excellent: the room with its facilities, spa and swimming pool, breakfast and staff.
The pillows were really uncomfortable. It was really impossible to sleep on them. One would expect from a hotel with such excellent facilities and service quality to provide good quality/ergonomic pillows. Hopefully the hotel will address this matter!
