Everything was excellent: the room with its facilities, spa and swimming pool, breakfast and staff.
The pillows were really uncomfortable. It was really impossible to sleep on them. One would expect from a hotel with such excellent facilities and service quality to provide good quality/ergonomic pillows. Hopefully the hotel will address this matter!

- Excellent location with excellent accessibility to the center and to public transport.
- Good breakfest.
- As an compensation for little incident I received free parking
- Higher noise level due to the location of the hotel. For light sleepers I recommend packing earplugs.
- My fashion acessory disappeared from room. I consider incident as closed, as a compensation I got free parking.
- I would appreciate a wine opener in the room.

Location, lobby bar and rooms were very good.
The pool didn't fulfill our expectations. The water temperature was too low, which especially for the baby pool was bad - the kids were trembling the whole time they spent in the pool :(

The hotel facilities are nice, clean and well preserved.
The room was nice, comfy and spacious.
The breakfast was good, many options to choose from.
The location is great, very close to the train station but very quiet.
The toilet doors are bit weird, there is a gap between the two doors and do not close fully, which was a bit uncomfortable.
The WLAN was bad and we could not connect to it at all.

Very good breakfast. The presence of a swimming pool and spa area was also pleasing.
The elevator worked strangely, you had to wait a long time.
