Everything was great. Polite, professional and friendly staff. Excellent location to get to from the airport. Available secure underground parking. Excellent value for price. Definitely I will be staying in the same hotel next time.

The hotel is in a prime location, just a few minutes from downtown, the bus/tram station is 2 mins away. The staff are very polite and friendly, they always greeted us with smile and were very helpful! We stored our luggage for a while and it was very smooth. The breakfast was yum!
I didn't like the setup of our room. The room had an open shower and separate closet for toilet. However, there was only one light switch which turns on the toilet light and the sink light. It was a bit annoying going to the toilet and your whole room would get lighten up through the glass showroom.

Very quiet room and the staff were very professional.. The only thing i would say is that the reception staff need to learn to smile more, they are a bit too serious, but at least they were professsional. More Customer facing training required.
The pillow was terrible. Think of a pillow case filled with cotton Wool and the bed had two (half duvets). I understand that is common in this part of Germany, but it makes no sense to be honest. I had a bad night sleep on the first night and complained to reception, they found another (normal) pillow for me and that resolved the problem.
The cleaning was very bad. I am sorry but there were empty crisp packets under the bed and the shower didn't have any shower gel on the first night. I only found that out when i was physically in the shower the next morning. I again had to speak to reception to get that fixed. Please speak to the cleaner as she/he is not doing their job. Really poor!!

We had an emergency and we did a check out Sunday morning instead of Wednesday morning ! I did ask if we could get a disscount?
They politely said- We will contact you asap and will let you know!
So far I haven’t heard anything yet.

The shower with glass. As we stayed with our child we could not shower at night because it would wake him up.
