Very clean and nice big rooms. The beds were very comfortable. The staff at check in and out and in the restaurant were very helpful and professional.
We liked it. Having a kettle in the rooms would be an added bonus.

Everything was like that should be. Very nice and helpful staff, comfortable bed, perfect AC, tasty breakfast.
I recommend it for everyone, for the long or short stay. You do not need to look for anything else in Nurmberg.

nice hotel with very friendly staff. Room was very clean and comfortable bed. We had our dinner in the restaurant and people were very friendly, welcoming and polite. Breakfast had lots of choice and good quality. overall was a pleasant stay.

It's a lovely hotel with great, friendly staff that were very helpful. The room was good and we loved the breakfast. Nice area around the hotel too and had a lovely stroll by the river after breakfast :) We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend.

Staff at front desk helpful. We got a great room , good size and clean. Awesome Breakfast, plenty of options. We also had a great buffet dinner one night, value for money. We will back again.
Only comment. Car parking could be a bit cheaper or included in the price.

It was our second visit to this hotel and once again we think it has the most comfortable beds ever. The bed itself is huge and the mattress is unbelievably comfortable. The staff is welcoming and helpful.
The last time we visited we were surprised about how good the breakfast was. It offered many choices for all diets, everything was fresh and tasty, but it wasn’t the case this time. The scrambled eggs looked and tasted more like sponge than eggs, it wasn’t appetizing at all. But the worst thing was the fruit salad, it has gone so bad that it was literally fermented.
One more thing we didn’t like was the fact that even though we booked a room with full double bed and AC, we first got a room with no AC and two single beds, then it was changed to a room with double beds but yet again - no AC even though the room description clearly mentioned it.

Wonderful
The staff was helpful and nice. We appreciated a little haribo bags as a welcome gift. The room was spacious and comfortable. So was the bathroom. The hotel offer a big range of delicious food for breakfast.
Everything was perfect. There's nothing to complain about :)
