Cleanness and friendly staff. They clean and organize your room every day without requesting. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.
The rooms should have a small coffee and water station for self-preparation. Also the breakfast should have more variety. And some rooms have a humidity smell

I asked well ahead for a double bed, they didn’t accommodate my request; when asking at reception, they were borderline rude, telling me it’s not mandatory to accommodate guest requests.
