Nice hotel with a convenient restaurant and bar. Staff very helpful. The location was good not great. Close to the train station if that’s important. The room was nice with plenty of room for 2 ladies who did some shopping.
It was farther from the city center than I thought. Not much to eat around the hotel that was inconvenient.

We arrived earlier than the usual check-in time, and the hotel was able to let us check in (greatly appreciated!). Staff were very friendly (reception staff and housekeeping staff). When we asked for nearby food recommendations, they even gave us a map with recommendations of different cuisines. There were simple games for guests to play at the hotel lobby, which we enjoyed. Rooms were small but had comfortable beds and pillows. There is a tram station just outside the hotel main door, which brings us to (and from) the main train station easily.

Terrific location near the hauptbahnhof and altstadt. The staff and breakfast were terrific and the rooms freshly renewed.

Modern and clean room with hardwood floors. House made cookies and fruit in the lobby. Svenjay at the front reception was outstanding. She gave us 110% in helping us resolve our issue with a lost baggage.
The beds were a bit hard. We went to the spa early in the evening and there were towels and cups all over.

My colleague also booked at same hotel through direct e-mail to Hotel. Hotel gave him same type of room but lot cheaper than the one which i booked using Booking.com. My one, didn't include breakfast and his one included with breakfast. I have to pay separately for breakfast. If i opted for breakfast option while booking via Booking.com - i would be lot expensive than my colleague. So, what is the benefit being "Genius member". Next time, i will start booking through direct booking at the hotel and not via Booking.com

Location and facilities are great for visiting the city. Very easy walk to city center.
Cannot control the temperature in the room. Was way too warm in the rooms and unfortunately we were in the front of the hotel so keeping the window open was not an option because of the noise. If you book a room on the back of the hotel you should be fine.

My stay at the hotel exceeded all my expectations. The hotel is conveniently located near the railway station and the FlixBus terminal, right in the historic part of the city. Since the room rate was lower than the standard hotel prices, I expected a smaller room — but it turned out to be spacious, with two very comfortable beds. The bathroom was also a good size; there was no shower cabin, but a clean bathtub instead. The room included a wardrobe with hangers, a safe, and both complimentary and paid drinks. The service was exceptionally attentive — the staff helped me both with modifying my online reservation and during my stay. The breakfast deserves special mention: it was delicious and impressively varied.
I wanted to add an extra bed in the room for a third friend, but although the room was spacious enough to accommodate it, the hotel was unable to assist with this request.
