My stay at the hotel exceeded all my expectations. The hotel is conveniently located near the railway station and the FlixBus terminal, right in the historic part of the city. Since the room rate was lower than the standard hotel prices, I expected a smaller room — but it turned out to be spacious, with two very comfortable beds. The bathroom was also a good size; there was no shower cabin, but a clean bathtub instead. The room included a wardrobe with hangers, a safe, and both complimentary and paid drinks. The service was exceptionally attentive — the staff helped me both with modifying my online reservation and during my stay. The breakfast deserves special mention: it was delicious and impressively varied.
I wanted to add an extra bed in the room for a third friend, but although the room was spacious enough to accommodate it, the hotel was unable to assist with this request.

The hotel is close to the central train station, which is about 5 minutes walk, and it is easy to get to. It's also an easy walk to attrations which is about 5 to 10 minutes walk. The room was modern, clean, and comfortable.
The room was facing the street where the street cars, trams run. So it was a bit noisy from the trams and cars. The AC was not very cold, so the room at time stayed quite warm.

Location is close proximity to the sites, bus & train station, restaurants and shops.
The lobby is welcoming and receptionist are helpful and friendly. Lobby caters to family as the decor highlights Nuremberg as the toy capital of Germany.
Breakfast was delicious and provides quite an array of food. Worth every euro!
This is one and rare hotel that has secure parking.
Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Loved that we get a view of the courtyard.
Loved that they support going green with refillable toiletries such as shampoo, body soap etc. Also, they provide free refill for still water. We didn't have to buy water bottles.
Too much used fiber glass on the bathroom as interior. It's a bit scary especially if it will be for the elderly with cane. The bathtub is slippery and there is no railing near the shower.
The door and the vanity table are fragile. Scary to drop anything heavy as they may seem to break easily. Water splashes everywhere both from sink and shower. The floor gets so wet and slippery.

We arrived before check-in time, but the girl in the reception was very kind and gave us a different room immediately. The location is not too far from the central station and the city walls. We received complimentary water bottle each day, and then some free drinks too because we skipped the room service. You can leave your luggage for free in the reception after check-out. There's also some free fruit and detox water in the lobby close to the restaurant area.
There was a dirty coffee cup and spoon, and a dirty pillow in the room when we checked-in. The bathroom has a glass window that faces the beds and has some transparent stripes, which can be uncomfortable as your companions may see you while you shower or use the toilet.

Location is fine, not so close to the station to avoid its noise but still not so far to carry luggage.. Rooms are spacious and have all the necesary for the staying.

Everything was fine but in compare to the rest of the NH I had stayed I was not happy with some services. They separate it bu staff but in a wierd way. We were not happy with room cleaning as well but the rest was good. Staff was friendly and polite.
Room was very tiny and no sleepers were available. We had booked a twin bed which were separate and comfortable in the photos but they were attached.
