Overall the ambiance of the hotel is good and facilities of the room are good, and easy access.
Our floor was fully under construction with tools and materials across all hallway and not so nice to walk through it, mostly because also having elderly with us.

A short walk from the main train station. A quiet location that was close enough to walk to the Christmas market. Friendly staff with a good size room. We didn’t eat here but enjoyed a glass of wine at the bar. Would be happy to stay here again.

“There were renovation works on the floor I was staying on. It wasn’t very pleasant when entering and leaving the room. I wish I had been informed about this beforehand. I went into the bathroom to take a shower, and the bottle labeled ‘shampoo’ was empty.

The location is very convenient, walking distance to U-Bahn, S-Bahn and to the Main train station. Breakfast is Super, they have many options. Hotel staff are very accommodating and friendly. The Room is everyday clean, they give us water as well and not every hotel here in Germany gives water in the room. We will definitely comeback to this hotel.
