The location is good, 10-15 minute walk from the old town, and the surrounding area felt safe at night. You are also close to the underground/trams. We appreciated that we could store our luggage after check out and return later in the day to collect.
Our room (308) is next to the lift on the 3rd floor, which was incredibly disruptive. We could hear the lift going up/down and opening/closing all night. The cleaners are also very noisy in the morning and their cupboard with cleaning supplies is located opposite the lift. We would have appreciated a kettle in our room to make hot drinks or the ability to order hot drinks to our room. We also would have appreciated a leaflet or some information being left in the room about breakfast times, check out times, instructions on how to work the TV etc. We could not alter the temperature in our room. The only thing we could do was open the window but the heavy velvet curtains prevented any cold air entering the room.

Well located, with a tram stop just outside and a supermarket around the corner. Easy to walk to the old town and the train station.
The rooms are very small - best suited to a single traveller. We would have loved to have a kettle and reusable cups in the room.

Next to the Center Train Station
The room was quite small, and I’m not sure whether they forgot or simply didn’t provide any drinking water. Around 9 a.m. the next morning, while I was still asleep, a staff member suddenly opened the door with a room card.
