The staff were helpful and friendly, a good breakfast provided.
The motel feels very budget despite high prices.
If facing the train lines it is very loud and unable to have the window open. No other way to regulate room temperature obvious.
When I arrived I had to ask why the bathroom was not fully cleaned, toilet brush left in toilet, drain trap left open and towels provided looked as if they had been used in the repair? I called to ask why but was offered no explanation and had to put these back together myself.
The room had only basic provisions (small sad towels, poor quality toiletries etc) also no kettle to make tea or coffee.
Despite booking a double room I was only provided a single duvet and had to request another… was given another single… no doubles?
Also had to request extra towels owing to them being used in the repair, after waiting half an hour I then had to go ask and collect from the front desk.
All this after paying a single occupancy premium!
I booked the hotel for an overnight stop on a long trip and would have appreciated the ability to make a hot drink late at night upon arrival and not have to build my hotel room.
Staff were lovely but busy, feels that management looking for maximum return with little investment which results in a really poor quality stay experience.

The staff were friendly and efficient, the property was very clean, the towels were super soft, there was air conditioning, it was quiet and the bed was comfy.

5' walking distance to main attractions
No scrumbled eggs, no bacon, this is the only thing I've been missing, but the breakfast was nevertheless very good

Staff, cleanliness, loved the bar!
A clear signpost from the station would be helpful for outsiders to find their way (I had to go to cloud 1 for diections), its not as close to the station as the site will have you believe. Also, mattress was a bit hard.
