I would like to share that this was an amazing hotel, clean and comfortable. The staff at front desk, Especially Aaron, we're wonderful. Answered all questions, shared information about the airport, city of Nuremberg and helped with a booking issue, and more. Also the bartender, Amra....was helpful, fun and full of information. Location is incredible and quiet for being by an airport. Thank you for a great stay.

The staff was amazing and very attentive. E got a call from downstairs checking on us. We went down and ate at the hotel. We found a very tasty pizza! Great location! Close to the airport, but don’t hear any airport noise.
Everything was perfect except our room got very warm. We finally found out how to call downstairs (very hard when you don’t speak the language). They told us to open the window, and make sure the head pump wasn’t on. We cooled down after a while. We would visit again even with this one problem.

We ended up having to stay an extra night because of a cancelled flight, and the staff couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. We are embarrassingly monolingual, and everybody was exceptionally pleasant, spoke adequate or, more often, excellent, English and gave us all sort of little help (with ice, with my wife's diet coke addiction, with instructions and tips on how to get into the city to see some things on our surprise extra day.
Also the convenience of the location. The airport (a very manageable sized airport) was a one-minute walk; there was a lovely, quiet green space with pond to take walks in just a few minutes away, and the subway connection to the city was super-easy to manage.
The breakfast buffet was ample and tasty.
The rooms were comfortable and perfectly well-equipped, and completely reasonable for the price--but on the functional side. If we had been looking for home comforts for a longer stay, we could have used better lighting, a second chair, fluffier towels, etc. I mention all this just so that others will know what to expect, not because we were much bothered by any of it.

The place its perfect.
The place was clean and quiet.
In 02:45 I was called by reception for wake up call even that I didn't leave hotel till 10 and that was mentioned even in booking and in the reception in check in.
I told the lady in the morning in check out that I was called and they said the other lady didn't even wrote in the book.
I understand that can be sometimes mistakes but at least you should apologize to costumer's.
If you call old people by mistake in 02:45 I personally think they will be avake till morning.

From other reviews, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but this hotel was wonderful. The staff are very positive and helpful. The location is phenomenal in that you have the metro right across the street as well as the airport. By metro, I made it to the city center very easily and in expensively. The next morning, I had a 5 min walk to the terminal. My room on the 5th floor was spacious and clean. There is a free mini spa in the basement with a sauna and other amenities which are a major plus before or after a long trip.
There really wasn’t anything not to like. The hotel restaurant pizza was adequate and convenient.

I needed a quick place to overnight that was convenient to the airport for a very early flight. When I arrived, I was struck by the fact that the airport was even closer to the check-in area than expected which made a 4 am check-in so much more bearable. The host at the reception desk was very friendly and welcoming, offering me a telephone wake-up call and answered all my questions. My room was very clean and nice and I appreciated the mini fridge for storing some perishable items and cold drinks. The bed and bedding were very comfortable as well. All in all, I really enjoyed my experience and would do it again. The hotel is also very close to the airport U-bahn/subway from the City (and a short 15-min ride).
I had absolutely zero complaints. I wasn't able to take advantage of the restaurant due to the extreme early departure of my flight, so I can't rate that, but I liked the fact that they served breakfast starting very early (even if not early enough to take advantage of it in my situation).
