Location was fantastic and the staff were extremely nice. We got upgraded on arrival, the new rooms were so nice. Also, the connected restaurant, Monki, is delicious!
It would have been nice if the laundry room had a few more machines, it was nice that they had them at all though!

Great location, and the double room was spacious! We were saying we'd like to return for an extended stay. The parking garage is a short walk away. Everything you'd want- restaurants, shopping, and walking to the old town, is either right outside or a short walk away. It was very clean and comfortable.

Exceptionally happy with our hotel experience. Location is nicely situated at the edge of the füssganger (pedestrian) zone, and just minutes to the main train station one way, Altstadt the other. The front desk staff was friendly and very helpful in all manner of things. All areas spotlessly clean. Our party booked 5 rooms - 4 different types - and all were pleasantly surprised at how comfortable and well-appointed. (One person who normally complains had all good comments). We had an apartment - the kitchen well equipped to do light cooking/dine in, we could comfortably spend a week here or more. Especially appreciated the well equipped self-laundry. Highly recommend to purchase the breakfast.

Nice hotel. I particularly liked the fact it has a laundry room so we could wash some cloths after travelling a long way. The restaurant down stairs offered good breakfast and dinner and the location was very convenient near the station and in the old town. Staff were particularly pleasant

Great location in the walled city. Lovely room including a basic kitchen for simple cooking. Pots etc provided as well as washing up liquid for anything used. Very nice bathroom with a large shower. Very helpful staff.
