Excellent location, and really good front staff.
We spent the first day without the heated bathroom floor working and BOTH days without the towel bar heaters working.
Really thought you could have reduced the room charge by a few euros per night???

The front desk staff was friendly and very helpful in all manner of things. All areas spotlessly clean. Our party booked 5 rooms - 4 different types - and all were pleasantly surprised at how comfortable and well-appointed. (One person who normally complains had all good comments). We had an apartment - the kitchen well equipped to do light cooking/dine in, we could comfortably spend a week here or more. Especially appreciated the well equipped self-laundry. Highly recommend to purchase the breakfast.

Difficult to find any.
It was one of the worst experience in my travel life. When advertising not matching with the reality completely.
- parking 15 mins to drive to the hotel
- tiny reception
- breakfast in fast food cafe nearby
- room dark and uncomfortable
- corridors dirty and looks like hostel
I refused to stay, the hotel refused to refund
My recommendation - stay away
