Staff were amazing and helped us by speaking in some English (we tried our best with German!). The room was very comfortable. Breakfast provided was delicious!
A tad noisy as we were road-side facing, but nothing too bad - just lots of emergency vehicles going past that we could hear during the day. Night time was fine.

Good quality of accommodation all round, the pool in particular was great. The room was a good size, though in room facilities - e.g. tea and coffee making kit could do with an upgrade, but that is a minor criticism overall.The staff were friendly and polite, and the breakfast was pretty decent too.
It's in a pretty good location, a short walk from the main train station, and very accessible to the city centre. The under pass linking the hotel to the city didn't feel overly safe of an evening - but that was to do with the folk hanging around - I guess the hotel can't do much about that.
The fold out bed for our 9 year wasn't great - could do with a little more spent on this aspect, if they are offering family rooms.
