The hotel's breakfast was very good. The location is also great.
The disabled toilet on the lower floor of the hotel had feces on its edges. I had to use it because our room wasn't checked out early enough.

The location was good for us near the rail station and the old town.
We specifically chose this hotel as we stayed here in the summer and it was good. Sadly, this time it was not - lots of problems. It was also a lot more expensive than it was in the summer. We put that down to the Christmas Markets, our reason for visiting this time.
1. We had wanted to book a room with breakfast, but the system would only allow us to book without breakfast. We don't know if that was the fault of the hotel or Booking.com.
2. When we arrived that were long queues to book in as the hotel's computer was down.
3. We ordered breakfast to be added to our room, but it appears we were issued the wrong type of key card (see later).
4. When we were unpacking in our room, another couple entered our hotel room - they had been issued with a key to our room!
5. When we went to breakfast the staff their insisted that we pay for our breakfast there and then at a higher non-resident rate!
6. When we went to the bar in the evening we tried to put our drinks on our room - no. The barman wanted paid. The hotel is supposed to be cashless, but the barman refused to take a credit card and wanted cash.
I could go on, but you get the message, we received EXTREMELY poor service.

Our stay was truly outstanding. The breakfast was exceptional, with an impressive variety and quality that exceeded expectations. The team in the restaurant elevated the experience even further, always friendly, welcoming, and genuinely attentive, which created a warm atmosphere from the start of each day.
The location of the hotel is perfect, since everything is within walking distance, including the main markets and local attractions. This made the entire stay incredibly convenient and enjoyable.
Overall, it was a fantastic experience and one that I would confidently recommend.

The hotel is in a good location, very close to the train station and old town. The breakfast was great, there were many varieties and they were all fresh and delicious. The room was large, comfortable and quiet.
- Check-in time is late, in all other hotels it is 14:00 or 15:00, here it is 16:00. Also, if you arrive at the hotel before check-in time (we arrived around 13:30) they ask for an early check-in fee, meaning there is a cleaned room ready, but you cannot get into your room unless you pay extra until 16:00. It's such a shame for such a good hotel.
- This is a big and crowded hotel and 2 elevators are not enough, especially during breakfast and check-in/check-out hours you have to wait for the elevator for minutes.

Solid bathroom, comfortable bed. Good breakfast.
It was too warm to sleep. The cover was too thick, even with the open window. And air conditioning couldn‘t be turned much lower. Also the rooms are noisy. You could hear the people trampling above me. There is no lift at the lowest parking deck. Sink is too flat, so it becomes quickly dirty as the water flow is poor. Reading lights at the bed are too bright.

the room and the location were very good and in general it is a nice hotel
When we arrived at the hotel, they asked if we wanted room cleaning and I said yes. However, they never cleaned the room. And for us cleaning was important since we had a small kid wearing diapers. In the check out I told them that we had asked for cleaning but no one came and they didn't care .. they didn't even apologize. That is very disappointing.
