This is a very nice hotel in a great location. We could easily walk to Old Town, and the train station is across the street. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is excellent with many choices. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We used the workout room, which had everything we needed. We did not have time to use the pool. It looked nice.

Only one receptionist at checkout.
He was checking in a group of guests at 10:30 in the morning and let us wait for fifteen minutes. If I hadn’t said something, we would’ve kept waiting.
The insensitivity to customers’ time is unbelievable.
I’m working for them….
The price- very high, not reasonable.

Excellent location. Convenient garage. Good reception staff.
No cleaning on the first day. To get at least some towels and toilet paper on the second,,I had to ask three times. Bad for such a well known chain.

The hotel room was spacious and clean. The bed was excellent. We enjoyed the breakfast and liked the interior design of the hotel very much. The hotel is located in the center of the city which is very practical.

Extremely comfortable room, very stylishly designed and high quality furnishing.
The breakfast was phenomenal, an enormous variety of fresh and delicious options - can highly recommend the pancakes and the scrambled eggs.
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful - the lady at the breakfast even stopped what seemed to be an important discussion with a colleague to wish me a lovely day. Small touches like that are much appreciated.

Overall great experience (we stayed a year ago there already) BUT a mix up of rooms by the hotel resulted in a wring charge and I am waiting since 4 weeks for a refund that was promised the next day, totally unacceptable. Inside facing room much better as especially during weekends drunken resellers make lots of noise in the street until early morning. Matters less when windows closed and aircon on.
