Location is brilliant, breakfasts were very good with a lot of fresh and bio options
The air condition didn’t work properly, we had to open windows, over wise it was too stuffy. The room cleaning is awful - the hotel provides room cleaning only by demand, we asked to clean our room twice and the just took wet towels (without providing fresh ones) and made the bed. Even dirty tea cups stayed with us) so be prepared to clean the room by yourself

We had a wonderful four-night stay here. Our room (548) was spotless, quiet, and very comfortable. We were allowed early check in before noon. We especially loved the rain shower. While breakfast was fantastic, it did get a bit crowded during peak times. The location is perfect for travelers, as it’s just a short walk to the train, subway, and tram stations, as well as the old town. Don’t miss the stunning city views from the 7th-floor rooftop!
Our only gripe was the elevator system; because there aren't separate "up" and "down" buttons, the lifts aren't optimized and tend to stop at almost every floor no matter there were people waiting or not.

Lovely stylish rooms.Good breakfast and very pleasant staff.We were on the quiet side of the hotel,no traffic noise. We never heard any trains despite the station being just next door which was very useful for us to go on day trips from.There was everything inside the station from bakeries to all types of eateries!
On our arrival after 10 at night the main doors were locked . Someone finally came from the reception but we were a bit worried at first as couldn’t even see anyone at the desk !!!! No milk sachets for tea/coffee. Only a few news channels in English so just German tv .

I loved the design. You have the best mirrors I‘ve ever encountered in a hotel. The room had a good size. The gymn and wellness area were lovely and I had a heavenly breakfast with good vegan options.
