The room was great, but I really missed an extra chair. .Brekfast excellent, i found food i can eat and quality was very good...fresh buns with seeds and butter is a mind blowing :)
There's a transport workers' strike in the city, but the hotel isn't to blame...Perhaps the lobby could be opened longer to serve hot meals?At this IWA time it is difficult to find a restaurant in the old town, and if you are very tired, it is a good opportunity to have a late evening dinner at the hotel.

Location, bed and cleanliness
Dark rooms with relatively small windows and little artificial light. Insufficient sound insulation. Noises from the corridor are very clearly audible. We stayed for three nights. On one of them, the guest in the room below us was listening to loud music. It was 11 p.m. We called the reception for assistance, but no one answered or called us back.

Location. It’s strictly a business hotel that benefits from its proximity to the old town and station to charge 2x what it should.
The staff appear to be uninterested in their work, lethargic to reply.

Breakfast was very good. Highly recommend.
Having to ask 3,4,5 times for our room to be cleaned. It was never done in 4 days. At this property you have to request a cleaning. Lots of promises and I’m sorry it will be done but neither of our rooms were ever cleaned. We ended up having to get clean towels from an housekeeping cart as well as soap. Issues with our shower drain. (The reason we wanted fresh towels) Staff promised to fix it. However, after the 5th time asking it still wasn’t done and they just moved us to a different room.

Helpful, enthusiastic young staff, with a special shout-out to the wonderful Joshua!; the opportunity to enjoy the hotel's pool and sauna; ideal location; lovely decor; soundproof windows for a great night's sleep (and quiet even in the common areas); great value for money!

Stayed a night for NYE. Staff were friendly. The location is great. Parking is charge with a fee which is very typical. It's nearby main station, everything is quiet new in the room and hotel itself. Room is just like the picture. I personally think it's more spacious than the photo. The bed is firm which is our type of beds.
