Disappointing
The room was not properly cleaned. The sheets had hairs and stains on them. We kindly asked for them to be changed, they only changed one of the bed sheets. We asked them next day to clean the room change the sheets and towels because also the towels had hairs on them, nothing was done, we had to ask again.

Staff and breakfast were at the required level. Location was as well good since it was easy to access the old city as well near to Metro station.
The infrastructure in the rooms was old, and the beds were not comfortable. For a such well known hotel in Nuremberg should be something different. Really, they should do some renovation with improvement of comfort in mind. and please we are on the 21-st century internet should not be anymore an issue :-)

I had a great stay at Leonardo Hotel Nürnberg. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable, and the entire property felt well maintained. The staff at the reception were exceptionally kind and welcoming, which made the check-in experience very pleasant. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic. Overall, a wonderful stay. Highly recommended!
There wasn’t anything I disliked, even though I stayed only for one night. I will definitely book this hotel again on my next visit.
