everything was great. the breakfast buffet was fantastic, and everyone was so efficient and friendly. The front desk staff was also so kind and when we needed help they were courteous and very helpful.

Friendly staff and by staff I mean the reception team, the location is fair which is quite close to Plärrer (Nürnberg).
I didn't have breakfast in this hotel so can't comment on that.
the area around where the hotel is located wasn't very pleasant due to ongoing construction, however it was always quite (during December Christmas times).
the room facility was a bit outdated, for example there is no heater in the bathroom except old infrared light bulb.
water heating was barely warm, so hot shower wasn't possible.
room cleaning was a bit challenging since I requested my room to be cleaned several times on different days, and usually cleaning means only changing the towels but not bedsheets, or pillows, which was quite frustrating and had to ask for it and wait in my room to make sure someone's changing it.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Location is great.
The coffee machine had mold in the water jug area and the ceiling above shower had darker areas that may be water damage or possibly mold, a stale smell.

there are renovations outside and it's quite messy and dirty. but it's not really the hotel's fault and both our rooms are really nice and clean(we have AC it's soooooo amazing).
we dropped our luggages for storage around noon and checked in around 19:00 on Aug 16, both staff members we met were amazing and really efficient and great(we forgot to ask for names but thankyou!).
wifi is fast and great complimentary tea/water/coffee, nice walking distance to tourist attractions and a nearby shopping mall, we will definitely prioritize this hotel chain next time

The staff was helpful and very nice. The stay was quite cheap and close to the city center, with most attractions reachable within a few minutes. The room seemed clean and was spacious.
The hotel had terrible soundproofing and no temperature control. Even with the windows closed, it was still very loud outside, which sometimes made it hard to sleep. The surrounding area looks a bit abandoned and impoverished. The bedding didn’t fully cover the pillow or the duvet, which was a bit uncomfortable. The curtain had a “suspicious” stain that didn’t inspire much confidence.

The room was good. There was water, coffee and tea and was clean overall.
There was SO much noice! All throughout the night, in the early morning and all until checkout time (then there was drilling, SO much drilling upstairs). In the morning there was loud construction work right across which woke us up at 6am. Even though I sleep with earplugs, the noise was unbearable! Consider this if you’re a light sleeper.

Great location, very close to Old Town, modern clean rooms, friendly staff.
Right next to the hotel there's a small area that should be taken care of by Nürenberg's municipality. No city should have business owners be left on their own when clearly assistance is needed. Will not change your feeling or stay at this hotel, but it is a bit of an eye sore.

Leonardo hotel in city of Durer. Nice and functional. Decent buffet breakfast with fresh flowers on the tables which was a nice touch. 2 min walk from the old city walls. The staff were very friendly.
Double mess up checking in/out as room was first overcharged and then charged twice for breakfast. However as soon as the manager came along it was sorted out efficiently.

Good location within easy walking distance of main station and near one of the gates into the old town. Good size room and bathroom; friendly staff. It was clean and dry.
The room had a coffee machine and the receptionist gave us a kettle to boil water for tea.
There is a terrace on the flat roof accessed from the 4th floor which admittedly was near our room but most people seem to stop using it by 11pm.
Only an American would get anxious about the building site next door or the slightly tatty shopping centre about 100 metres away. In reality it's all just fine.
