Terrible location next to a dump site, very small rooms, uncomfortablw and low-quality beds, no air conditioning

The room was very clean and the beds were comfrtable. Bathroom was also in pristine condition. Overall very happy with our stay and the price we have paid for the room. It was a surprise.

The staff were warm, welcoming and friendly.
Water and apples were available at the front.
The rooms were perfect.
The rooms are also very clean as well as the bathroom.
The bed was very comfortable as well as the bedding.
The shower was great as well as the water pressure.
The location of the hotel is close to the old town entrances and to a train stop.
There is a breakfast that is served but we did not have it.
The only reason I did not rate this hotel a 10 is due to the location.
The location. IF a female was alone I would not feel safe in the area. There is a homeless lot next door to the hotel. Some of the other living spaces around might be a sort of refugee centers. Just be ALERT when walking back to the hotel especially if it is late at night.
The area does look like it is in the process of building so perhaps in a few years this will not be an issue.

The position with a derelict site across from it and a burnt out building next door with a blocked road at the bottom!
