Our favorite hotel in Nuremberg. The staff is outstanding, everything is spotlessly clean, and the breakfast is excellent.
The only minor downside is that the bathroom in the large and beautiful Junior Suite is quite small. We also would have appreciated breakfast being served until at least 11 a.m. These are small details, though, and they do not affect the overall impression. We would definitely stay at this hotel again

Room excellent, furnishings were top notch, very clean and in good condition. Bathroom well presented with a good range of toiletries, plus a bath robe and slippers.
The Brasserie was closed so had to use the bar menu which is nowhere near as good, other than that no compalints.

The hotel is situated in the city centre,opposite the central station and 5 min walk from the marketplace and the Christmas market.
The stuff is extremely polite and helpful,especially in the dining area.They are doing their job with care and respect to their guests.
The breakfast was marvellous.
As soon as I entered the room I was disappointed as I expected a classier room but instead I walked in a a tired room.
The bathroom is more disappointing:
*small
*tricky to enter and exit the bathtub
*basin right next to the loo,not to be able to use the loo with ease
*old type faucets hot and cold
*there wasn’t hand shower in the bathtub
Doors that shut down with a bang,waking you up when next door guests use them.
And finally it would be nice to be informed about the parking as it needed
a few visits to the reception to find out how it works and where exactly it’s located.
