Good hotel with a nice hall downstairs.
Staff is very friendly. Location is just 2 minuets from the central train station. Breakfast is small, btu fresh and good.
Beds are comfortable. Great value for money.
Our room faced railways. So, we could hear trains even at night. Thee room is pretty empty: no fridge, no kettle. There is a big hole inside the closed. This does not affect comfort, but looks a bit dirty. There is a slight smell of sewers in the bathroom.

Disappointing
The communication with the staf was amazing. They let us in one hour before the check-in and they were very kind and helpful.
We were not informed that there was going to be construction work prior to the arrival. Even though we were not directly affected by that, a series of other things made our stay uncomfortable. First, one towel had a red, make-up like stain giving the impression that they were not thoroughly cleaned. There was a huge dirt stain in the curtain very visible when you tried to open them and also stains in the wall. These were so far understandable and we were some sort okay. Then the bathroom. Extremely poor hydraulic work. The bathroom would become flooded with a simple shower and it would get entirely impossible to then walk there. We had to manually dry the floor ourselves and at some point it became impossible to walk in the bathroom as the water was very cold and all over the place!If all that was not enough, the air conditioner was stuck to 24 degrees which made the room very cold and we had to call the reception to get help and learn how to manually turn it off. Then we tried to turn on the heaters (as advised from the reception) but they didn’t work at all. Thanks to that we now have a sore throat.

Very good placement of the hotel, near the central train station and the old city.
Nice, big and bright room.

The noise from the trains arriving at and leaving from the central train station, which is very close to the hotel.

It was big, you cannot hear the trains when you sleep, good location. Exceptional value for money. You will enjoy it even more if you are a train enthusiast like me. ^^
Saw in the photos a water boiling machine. We did not had it in our room :( not a big thing; I just like my coffee warm in the morning

Location and staff.
Hard beds. Comforter too warm - unable to open windows to cool room as trains going by. Unreasonably priced breakfast. No coffee maker in room even though website and booking.com stated one was available. Stayed in similar comfortroom in Berlin which had both a fridge and coffeemaker.
