This was a perfectly acceptable, reasonably comfortably room in a large corporate hotel block over looking the main railway station. The location was very good for us, as it meant we could easily leave our bags to look round the city, ahead of a long train journey later on. It is also very near to the old part of town, which meant easy access within walking distance. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
We had problems finding the hotel as the name was similar to several others and we also got it confused with another Leanardo hotel in the city. In the end we paid for a taxi to take us - when we could have easily walked.

Wonderful
The room size, also it had a desk and surfaces to leave your belongings. Everything was clean and the bed was comfy. The room window was right on top of the train station tracks but you could only slightly hear the trains passing due to good sound isolation. It is like 2 minutes away from the station. The female receptionist was very kind and the house keeping too.
The male receptionist is not very polite.

The accommodations were pretty comfortable and in a great location.
I paid for an additional stay for September 30 2025. I canceled two weeks in advance and was told by one receptionist on 12 September that I would be refunded my payment. After waiting 10 days for my refund, I called two times and was told by another receptionist that I won't receive my payment. This is totally unprofessional, and customers should beware of the intercity motel unfair refund policy. Customers should be told in advance about this injustice!

Hotel is very close to the side entrance of Nuremberg Hauptbahnhof (main train station). Ubahn station Hauptbahnhof is in front of train station's main entrance.

The room was comfortable and spacious. The facilities in the room were good. The hotel was few minutes walk from the Hauptbahnhof and was on the edge of the city centre.

The room was comfortable and clean. The bed was also comfortable. The location was amazing (short walk to the train station). With the window closed, it was also silent.
The air conditioner didn't actually blow cold air and it got a little stuffy. I could leave the window open but I could hear traffic.

Close to Central Station and many of the sites. Very clean, quiet and comfortable. Actually wish I had stayed longer. Exceptional staff.
