The hotel was clean, close to the centeal station, its not that noisy when the windows are closed, welcome drink (one water is free)

The room was comfortable and clean. The bed was also comfortable. The location was amazing (short walk to the train station). With the window closed, it was also silent.
The air conditioner didn't actually blow cold air and it got a little stuffy. I could leave the window open but I could hear traffic.

The location was brilliant just a short walk from station and all the attractions.

I was a mature woman travelling alone with my 8year old grandson,, we stayed one night only a Wednesday night and on the Friday afternoon on our return trip we had 2.5hrs between ICE trains, we went back there and they allowed us to use the lounge area, toilets and for us to charge our devices away from the hustle and bustle of the railway station, it was just what we needed.
Some rooms on rail tracks side, our was on on 2nd floor and there was some minor rail noise at times overnight, I should have packed earplugs.
