Close to Central Station and many of the sites. Very clean, quiet and comfortable. Actually wish I had stayed longer. Exceptional staff.

Efficient check in, friendly staff, clean room, good beds and pillows. Bathroom with good shower. Close to city centre and trains station. Very good and extensive breakfast.
It was generally pretty warm in the building. We had to keep the window open during the night (-2 degrees) and that gave us some noise from the railway.

The location
The staffs were so rude to us. When I explained to the female staff about the water leaking from the shower cube and the room door cannot be locked. She ignored and shouted at me by saying that she can’t help. My daughter fell in the toilet because of the floor is too slippery

Great location for train ride
I was disappointed that there was a minimum stay requirement, which forced me to pay for an extra night that I didn’t use. Flexibility in booking would improve the experience for guests
