Appreciate to R.VAN. When our flight was cancelled and we urgently needed to extend our room (despite tight availability that day), in the mean time, the gentleman also supported us on communication with airlines. Most importantly, this was happened when we have no experience in how to deal with that situation.  We appreciate R. VAN from your team whom showed his empathy, quick support and willingness to go the extra mile made a stressful situation so much easier. We truly grateful for his professionalism and kindness.

I paid for an additional stay for September 30 2025. I canceled two weeks in advance and was told by one receptionist on 12 September that I would be refunded my payment. After waiting 10 days for my refund, I called two times and was told by another receptionist that I won't receive my payment. This is totally unprofessional, and customers should beware of the intercity motel unfair refund policy. Customers should be told in advance about this injustice!

The room was comfortable and spacious. The facilities in the room were good. The hotel was few minutes walk from the Hauptbahnhof and was on the edge of the city centre.
