Sort of the location. But they need to list this as “actual address comes in an email after booking” . Google put the listed location a mile or so away. This discrepancy matters.
Staff was flat wrong and rude. She refused to verbally tell the cab driver the address, because the email was not clear. I put it on speaker phone. Staff accused me of yelling and hung up the phone. I asked why the cab driver couldn’t figure out the location and staff kept in a loop of repeating “did you read the email.” I had the email open, in my hand. Obviously when I call to clarify which of two addresses were correct, and the cab could not locate the one in the email.

Great location near both the main Train station HBF and the Altstad.
An easy flat stroll to both.
The room was clean and tidy with clean bathroom and powerful hot shower.
Reception, Restaurant and Housekeeping staff were polite and helpful.
2nd stay here and would stay again.
