Cleanliness was ok
The room was like a jail barrack, very bad location all around are car parkings, no restaurant nearby, no shopping mall, worst thing is they have 2 very old ladies both are very unfriendly and one of them is worst, it looks like hotel has kept them without any payment, they talked to me in a very bad manner. There is no body on reception between 12 to 3 pm and after 10 at night, there is no body at reception at all. DONT STAY IN THIS HOTEL AT ALL, ITS NOT A HOTEL BUT A JOKE !

They have plenty of space around yet they dont let you keep luggage after check out and say they dont have a space for that. They should do something to enable this as it comes quite handy. Another issue was that they have a decent breakfast area but do not allow the guests to stay there to work on the tables. Will think twice to come back. I feel they can do better to address basic needs.

we only stayed for two nights but we had a change of towels and our beds made for our second day. The hotel doesn't have a bar but they had beers in a vending machine that we could access.

Check-in was easy with a kiosk. this has advantage and disadvantages. We cannot checkin even a min before. Also exactly at 3 pm you can checkin easily via kiosk, and you get a key code to access the room.
The bus stop is 4 minutes away, and the metro and tram are also within walking distance. So even though away from downtown, accessibility is there
a little far away from downtown, but this was as expected, because I opted for the cheaper Ibis.

Room was pretty clean, breakfast was good. The sound-proof wasn't optimal for sleeping - you could hear people talking, door shutting.
The money and hotel value- it didn't quite match, the price was little bit too high.

Room was facing the parking lot, while cars can easily see inside the room. The Room was very warm. It is a self service facility, it is hard to get a hold of someone to check you in so they implemented a self check out.
The noise from the road and the location was hard to find.

The location is nicely reachable via public transport and it is a good value for the money. The room was small but nice and I got what I expected. I traveled to attend a concert and it was a good one night stay.

Keep in mind that (it's mentioned in the room description but still)
- there is no hairdryer an kettle in rooms
- early check-in and bag drop is impossible

Friendly and helpful personnel, especially the lady at the reception. She adds the warmth of a small guesthouse to what is essentially a series of (big enough) sleeping pods.
The breakfast was delicious.
Shower directly in the room gives little privacy.
The idea of children bed above the main one is good and fun, but not all of them are properly put together. We stayed in two different rooms and in one of them the children bed was missing an entrance - kid had to climb +/- 30cm barrier on top of the ladder, no opening to safely get in.
