It’s good for its money. Clean, good location, comfortable beds, no noise. Decent breakfast. Also there were free parking slots.
Perhaps more bathroom accessories/supplies.

The style of the hotel was very good and the rooms (Studio) was a good size. The electronic door key worked well.
There was no elevator, so you had to carry your bag to the floor you were on. There was no bar and only one beer type in the vending machine.

One of the best continental breakfasts I've had in Europe. Lots of variety, hot eggs, local specialties, espresso/latte machine. It was delicious! The coffee machine in the room was a great touch. Great pressure in the showerhead! Even the tap water tasted good.
Wifi was spotty, heat in the room was somewhat difficult to modulate (radiators) and no shampoo/conditioner provided. It was easy to hear my room neighbors, I don't think the noise insulation is very substantial. It's not a very touristy area but there is a local grocery store, pharmacy and some OK restaurants.

This Hotel is outside the city center, so you need a car to get there or a bicycle. It can be reached by public transport, but it is not a pleasant walk, but if you are ok with walking beside a road, then it is not a problem (easy and safe to walk only a little noisy). One plus point is that not far from the hotel there is a supermarket and some restaurants.
If you come by bike and you are tired, you can easily have dinner not so far from the hotel.
I had a room for one person. It was small and simple, plus a comfortable bed. I was on a bike and the hotel has a garden at the back where you can park the bike and I could sleep with the window open because the area was quiet. Also, the staff was friendly and helpful.
The bathroom was not very clean (Toilet) and under the bed I found a bag of chips.
It seems that the room was cleaned very quickly without properly checking such simple things as the toilet.

Great location and the manager was lovely. So welcoming and very informative. She was great with my son too. We travelled for the euros to see Scotland play Germany and she told us all about travel links into Nuremberg. Fantastic service
